By purchasing The First Asset Audit™, you agree to the following terms.

1. What You Are Purchasing

The First Asset Audit™ is a 90-minute live working session designed
to help participants identify valuable existing intellectual property and
develop a First Asset Blueprint™ for a reusable business asset.

Time: 2:30–4:00 PM CDT
Investment: $97

Your purchase includes participation in the live session and the materials specifically identified as participant deliverables.

2. No Guarantee of Results

The session provides strategy, guidance, tools, and implementation support. Individual results depend on your circumstances, implementation, audience, offer, market, and other factors. No specific revenue, business, or other result
is guaranteed.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Because this is a limited-capacity live working session, no refunds after purchase because of the limited-capacity live format .

The First Asset Audit™ is a live, limited-capacity working session. Because your purchase reserves a place in the session, missed s
essions are not eligible for a refund.

If you cannot attend the live session, you may receive access to the session recording, if a recording is provided. No additional live make-up session is included.

If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may allow you to transfer your registration to another person or apply the purchase to a future session.

4. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, worksheets, templates, recordings, and
other materials provided by Stephen E. Boutelle / Prosperity Unleashed
remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.

You may use your completed First Asset Blueprint™ and the resulting
work for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, resell,
distribute, or present the proprietary frameworks or materials as your
own.

5. Recording and Participation

If the session is recorded, your participation may appear in the recording.
By participating, you acknowledge this and grant permission for your participation to be included in the recording for distribution to registered participants and/or internal business purposes.

6. Sprint Credit

If applicable, your $97 purchase may be applied as a credit toward the
30-Day AI Asset Build Sprint™ when you enroll within 48 hours of
the workshop, subject to the terms of the Sprint offer.

7. Professional Advice

The First Asset Audit™ provides educational and business implementation guidance. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

8. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and
agree to these Terms of Purchase.
