Refund Policy

This policy applies to all products sold at ProsperityUnleashed.com, including all SOP Kits and the Sustaining Partners System Kit.
Our Approach
Every product at ProsperityUnleashed.com includes an Action-Based Guarantee. This is not a no-questions-asked refund — it is a guarantee that the product works if you use it.
If you do the work and the system doesn’t function as described, you get your money back. If you didn’t do the work, you don’t.
Action-Based Guarantee — By Product
All guarantees are valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. To qualify, you must complete the work listed for your product and submit it with your refund request.
Qualifying work: Run the scoring framework on at least one market. Submit your completed 03_CHECKLIST and a brief note on what didn’t work.
Qualifying work: Complete the kit: fill the Promo Brief, build the Messaging Map, assign all assets to the calendar, and draft Day 1–3 posts and DM scripts. Submit your completed 03_CHECKLIST + SCOREBOARD, your 10-day calendar draft, and a brief note on what you tried and what didn’t work.
Qualifying work: Build a buyer profile using the SOP. Submit your completed 03_CHECKLIST and a brief note on what didn’t work.
Qualifying work: Produce a draft sales page using the SOP and templates. Submit your completed 03_CHECKLIST and the draft page.
Qualifying work: Document a process using the SOP. Submit your completed 03_CHECKLIST and a brief note on what didn’t work.
Qualifying work: Complete the build. Submit your completed 03_CHECKLIST_SCOREBOARD (with scores), all 6 product files, your sales page and thank-you page drafts, and a brief note on what you tried and what didn’t work.
Qualifying work: Complete Week 1 of the install — support page published, phone test passed, email template updated. Submit your completed 03_CHECKLIST Section A and a link to your published support page.
Qualifying work: Complete Week 1 of the install for one client organization. Submit completed 03_CHECKLIST Section A for that client and a brief note on what didn’t work.
How to Request a Refund
Email Here within 14 days of your purchase date. Use the subject line: Refund Request — [Product Name].
Include in your email:
- Your order confirmation number or purchase email address
- Your completed 03_CHECKLIST (or equivalent completion proof listed above)
- A brief description of what you tried and what didn’t work
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.
What Is Not Covered
- Refund requests made after the 14-day window
- Requests without completed qualifying work (checklist, draft, or equivalent)
- Change of mind or failure to read the product description before purchase
- Circumstances outside our control (your platform, your email list, your audience)
- Purchases made in violation of license terms
Partial Refunds
We do not issue partial refunds. The guarantee is all-or-nothing: if you qualify, you receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Bundles and Upsells
If you purchased multiple products, each product’s guarantee applies independently. A refund on one product does not automatically apply to others purchased in the same session.
